Objectives

Objectives of the Engineering Arbitration:

Studying the arbitration authenticity in the UAE and develop it with new procedures.
Concentrating and focusing in the engineering arbitration as the best way in solving the disputes.
Cooperation with the government sectors in rehabilitating the arbitrator.
Suggesting new procedures to make the engineering arbitration more applicable in the UAE.
Awareness in the concept of the arbitration and accrediting the arbitrator as the only way in solving the disputes.
Educate engineers to be accredited engineering arbitrators.
